Your contract reflects labor and installation costs for these items; the material cost is yours to manage directly with your suppliers.
All permits included
Building, plumbing, and electrical permit fees are included in our pricing. We handle all applications and coordinate inspections with the local building department.
Waterproofing standards
Every shower we build uses a full waterproof membrane system, not just cement board. This is the standard that prevents the tile failures and water damage we are regularly called in to fix after other contractors cut corners.
